Yin Yoga Mini Retreat with Jordan
August 29 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
$55Step away from the busyness of everyday life and give yourself an afternoon to slow down, restore, and reconnect. This 3-hour Yin Yoga Mini Retreat is designed to release deep layers of tension while calming the nervous system and nourishing your fascia.
.
The slow, sustained holds of Yin Yoga gently hydrate and stimulate fascia, helping improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support greater ease of movement throughout the body.
.
We’ll divide our practice into two nourishing sessions with a short break in the middle:
2:00–3:20 PM: Neck, shoulders, upper back, and heart-opening poses to melt away stress, relieve tension, and create space for easier breathing.
Break: Enjoy time to stretch your legs, sip tea, journal, or simply relax.
3:40–5:00 PM: Hips, hamstrings, low back, and legs, focusing on releasing stored tension, improving flexibility, and cultivating a grounded sense of ease.
.
Through long-held poses, mindful breathing, and guided relaxation, you’ll leave feeling lighter, more open, and deeply restored.
