In-person classes are limited to 10 people. You can also join virtually over Zoom.
To Register For A Class:
Method 1) Click the “Book Now” button on the schedule below to register for a class. Our scheduling is done through a secure Wellness Living platform. Note: you may be asked to “accept cookies” once or twice.
Method 2) Click directly to the Wellness Living Booking Page. Make sure you click “Today” to see the current schedule.
Method 3) Arrive at your class 10 minutes early and register with your teacher.
