We are undoubtedly faced with many challenges righ We are undoubtedly faced with many challenges right now ranging from the COVID-19 virus, to the escalating affects of climate change, inequitable practices unfairly affecting living beings world wide to lack of clean water, food and other basic necessities in many countries around the world. There are tangible external sufferings and internal sufferings in our hearts and minds. Now more than ever prayer is needed to help restore balance, peace and love in ourselves and around the world. Please spend a moment right now to meditate for world peace. Take one hand to your heart and the other hand open in your lap or out in front of you. Visualize delicate fragrant flower petals in your open hand. How does it feel to hold such beauty in your hand? Breathe this beauty into your heart. Now imagine flower petals gently falling all over your body, over the whole town, your loved ones and eventually the entire world. All living things feeling the grace of flower petals of peace. Imagine a shower of peace permeating the whole universe. Take the other hand to your heart and again breathe this beauty into your heart and soul. Please continue to pray for peace, love, health and balance to fill the depths of our beings. #love #prayer
