Join Shamanic Energy Medicine Practitioner Ashera Serfaty in a high vibrational sacred space for an inspiring and healing journey for your mind, body and soul. We will bring in the New Year though a journey of seeding our intentions in a ceremonial way. Through a sound journey you will receive an experience of deep relaxation, support and healing. With the beautiful high frequency of mystical alchemy crystal bowls and assortment of percussive instruments, you will go on a shamanic journey that will take you to connect with your guidance and gift. We begin with an opening of sacred space, a simple ceremony, and meditation of intention for the new year followed by a sound journey. All props are available, though if you have a favorite mat, cozy blanket, bolster or eye pillow, please bring it along with you.
