Join us for Qigong for Vitality and Balance, a specialty class designed to replenish and restore energy, grounding, and emotional balance during the late-winter season.

This whole-body class emphasizes gentle movement, breath, tapping, and brief meditations to nourish deep energy reserves, support balance, and encourage sustainable vitality—without pushing or overstimulating the body

Open to all levels. Come as you are, dress comfortably, and leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.

Savitri Cole is an instructor of the 5-Element (Wuxing) Qigong tradition, a certified RYT-200 Ashtanga and Kripalu Yoga instructor, and wellness coach. Her journey into Eastern wisdom traditions and practices began in 2006, and quickly became the cornerstone of her life. Her Qigong classes and workshops are inspired by the teachings of Qigong masters Lee Holden, Marisa Cranfill, and Mimi Kuo-Deemer. Her passion is sharing Qigong with communities—supporting peace, well-being, and a sense of healing joy. Her offerings are inviting and inclusive, and welcome all levels of experience.
