special Qigong class, you’ll be guided through a revitalizing blend of warm-ups,
energy-clearing practices, and flowing movements designed to strengthen your
life force (your Qi) during the colder months when energy naturally slows down.
Drawing from traditional Qigong principles, this practice supports the kidneys,
balances the elements of Water, Fire, and Earth, and encourages a deep sense
of grounding, balance and renewal–supporting the gradual transition toward
Spring.
