Often we hold onto thoughts, judgments, experiences or patterns that can keep us out of alignment with who we truly are and what we desire now. In this practice, we’ll gently acknowledge and release old familial patterns and stored stresses or limiting beliefs that no longer serve, allowing space to reclaim our true essence. As we “tap” into the heart, we open to love and possibility — releasing old energetic weight and creating room for what nourishes and uplifts us this season and moving forward.
