Join Aricha Smith of Be Light Wellness and Jordan of Jordan Lindstrom Yoga for a balanced session of invigorating and clarifying Kundalini Yoga culminating into a deep and nourishing Yoga Nidra guided meditation. This collaboration is suitable for yogis of all experience levels. All props are provided, though if you have a favorite mat, cozy blanket or eye pillow, please bring it along with you.
