Find Your Foundation: A Workshop for Feet

Come join us in a workshop all about feet! Creating a solid foundation in our feet can help us feel more grounded in our bodies and connected to the earth. In this workshop we will work on building a deep relationship to our feet through stretching, activating, and balancing exercises to relieve tension and find more power and control. Less tension and more power in the feet improves our ability to walk, run, hike, and play with more enjoyment and less aches and pains.

In this workshop we will work on:

  • Reducing tension in the feet
  • Strengthening the feet and ankles
  • Improving balance and foot control
  • Deepening our mind-body connection with our feet
  • Getting more enjoyment out of our connection to the ground!

Bio: Briana Martinez is a movement coach, specializing in helping people feel more connected to their bodies and the environments that they move through. She is certified as a Restorative Exercise Specialist through Katy Bowman’s Nutritious Movement Institute, a MovNat Level 2 trainer, and yoga teacher.
