Qigong (pronounced Chee – Gong) is an ancient healing art similar to Tai Chi that has been practiced for thousands of years for health and longevity.
Combining powerful stances with graceful movements, qigong classes can help you develop better balance and cultivate energy and vitality. Studies show that qigong can help reduce anxiety and depression as well as boost your immune system and improve sleep.
In this four class series you will experience all the basics of Qigong and learn a Five Element Qigong Form.
Nate Guadagni has taught Qigong, yoga and meditation full time for almost twenty years. His Qigong training includes Dahn Mu Do Master Trainer, Lee Holden 200 Hour Teacher Training as well as two trips to Korea and classes with Ken Cohen, Robert Peng and many others.
