Brief info

Rachel started practicing yoga in 2015. Although she could not have articulated it at that time, she needed to learn how to be quiet in her mind and body. With breathwork, mindfulness and intentional movement along with a strength based, gentle, and restorative asana practice, Rachel’s yoga practice continues to help her experience simply being. “We are complex people. Our bodies are alive and breathing, our minds are curious and vast, and our lives are ever changing! Having experienced the peace that yoga continues to offer is what inspires me to share yoga with others. I hope to guide people toward their breath, grow mindfulness through intentional movement and give sight to the wisdom of their bodies as students grow their own yoga practice on and off the mat.”
