Namaste! I am honored and grateful to be a part of the Everyday People community. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and am drawn to the practice for its mental, emotional, and physical healing power. It is truly a blessing to be able to share this gift with my community. I have completed trainings in Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, Meditation and Pranayama, Clarity Breathwork, Clearlight Healing, Sacred Art and Yoga therapy, as well as advanced Kundalini teacher training on Vitality and Stress and Conscious Communication. My intention in classes is to calm and quiet the mind, creating deep and lasting states of peace and vibrance.
