She has been teaching in the Eugene community for almost two decades, sharing both yoga and meditation with a wide range of students. While her teaching has spanned various styles, she is currently most drawn to gentle and restorative practices, with meditation woven in as a central and meaningful component.

Several journeys to Southern India, including a month-long silent retreat in Amritapuri, deepened her practice and sparked a meaningful shift—one that continues to inspire her to share meditation practices with her community.
