Brief info
As an older adult, my journey has been marked by accidents, injuries, surgeries and a stroke, which ended my career and left me disabled. In the face of chronic pain, I turned to Yoga and discovered the profound benefit of Zen practice, Yoga healed my body, Zen calmed my mind and Qigong nurtured both.

I pursued two 200-hour trainings, one with Everyday People Yoga and another with Zenways thru EPY deepening my understanding and practice. Recognizing that our abilities are ever-changing, my mission is to help others do their best for their bodies. In my classes, I emphasize safety, kindness, alignment, balance, mobility, energy and mindfulness. Qigong and Zen not only boost your lifeforce but also teach you the wisdom of your own healing body.
