We will breathe\, stretch and strengthen our bodies\, then invite our minds to slow down and find rest in connecting with yourself and nature. The full moon is a time to let go of unwanted energy. All are welcome. \nAmelia is one of EPY’s regular teachers. She is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor with a trauma informed\, and Hatha yoga background\, called to a more slow practice with breath work and intentional movements.
