SUMMARY:Spring Qigong Series: Build Resilience and Strength
DESCRIPTION:Spring Qigong Series: Build Resilience and Strength\n\n.\nLed by Savitri Cole\n1:30-2:30p\nSaturday\, May 9\nSaturday\, May 16\n$20/individual class\n\n.\n\nSpring Qigong: Build Resilience & Strength \n. \nSpring is a season of renewal\, growth\, and forward movement. In Qigong\, this time of year corresponds to the Wood element and the return of Yang Qi (the expansive energy of nature). In this special Qigong series\, you will be guided through breathwork\, gentle warm-ups\, and flowing movements to balance the Wood qi — associated with adaptability\, strength\, and mental clarity. \n. \nWhen Wood is out of balance\, we may feel anger\, frustration or “stuck in the mud”. When Wood is in harmony\, we embody kindness\, clear direction\, and skillful action. \n. \nIn Spring Qigong classes\, we explore gentle spiraling and twisting movements to release tension\, increase strength and joint mobility\, and open space in the body for inspiration and fresh perspective. Stabilizing “Tree” practices promote a sense of grounded stability and balance as we expand into the activity of Spring. \n. \nWho It’s For: \n. \nAll levels are welcome — no experience necessary. Come as you are\, and wear clothes that allow you to move freely and comfortably. \n. \nAbout Qigong: Qigong (pronounced “chi-gong”) blends gentle flowing movements\, breath\, body tapping\, and meditation to help clear energy pathways and cultivate healthy “qi”—your natural life-force energy. When qi circulates freely and remains balanced\, it supports harmony within the body and mind—promoting vitality\, mental clarity\, and inner peace. \n. \nQigong developed thousands of years ago in ancient China. Savitri teaches from the Five Elements (Wu Xing) Qigong tradition\, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This tradition recognizes that the same forces of nature that shape the seasons also move through us. Through exercises aligned with these natural rhythms\, this style of Qigong supports physical health\, emotional well-being\, and spiritual connection. \n. \nBreathing is slow\, long\, and deep\, and movements are gentle and smooth\, encouraging relaxation and natural energy flow. The practice is adaptable and accessible\, and movements can be easily modified to support each participant. \n\n.\nBook the Series: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/catalog-view.html?k_business=291435&id_sale=3&k_id=945207\nSaturday\, May 9 class only: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/catalog-view.html?k_business=291435&id_sale=1&k_id=4063847\nSaturday\, May 16 class only: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/catalog-view.html?k_business=291435&id_sale=1&k_id=4063848\n.

SUMMARY:Reiki Sound Journey
DESCRIPTION:Reiki Sound Journey\n.\nLed by Ryann Haworth\n4:30-6p\nSaturday\, May 16th\n$33-$44 sliding scale\n.\nNourish your holistic health. Rejuvenate from within. A sacred pause to rest\, re-align and shine. This month\, we honor Shakti\, the energy of the mother of all creation\, as we plant seeds under the new moon. I invite you to give your body permission to make space for the gifts the universe is patiently waiting to share with you and through you.\n.\n\nRyann is an intuitive energy healer who connects with the mind\, body\, and soul\, serving as a facilitator with the divine to help both people and pets heal\, grow\, and thrive. In this context\, “healing” means bringing movement to stagnant\, trapped energy that no longer serves the body through Reikiand Sound Medicine. Using a variety of instruments\, Ryann creates vibrations while Reiki guides her in drawing in vibrant life energy – the same energy that tells a flower to bloom\, a leaf to grow\, a fire to spark\, a baby to cry. Throughout her sessions\, she provides guidance on breath\, visualizations\, and meditation\, helping individuals and groups allow energy to flow freely. This process more than often leaves the receiver feeling refreshed and empowered\, ready to flourish on their unique journey.\n. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n$33\, Sustained: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/catalog-view.html?k_business=291435&id_sale=1&k_id=4003234\n. \n$38\, Supported: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/catalog-view.html?k_business=291435&id_sale=1&k_id=4003236\n. \n$44\, Supporting: https://www.wellnessliving.com/rs/catalog-view.html?k_business=291435&id_sale=1&k_id=4003238\n.
