DESCRIPTION:Becoming Crystal Clear: Kundalini and Sound Healing Journey \n.\nWith Callie Maggiori and Emily Hooten\n2-3:30p\nSunday\, October 11th\n$25\n.\n\nJoin Callie and Emily on a journey of movement\, breathwork\, and sound vibration. In this workshop\, we’ll weave the powerful practices of Kundalini yoga with the restorative frequencies of sound healing. \n. \nTogether\, we’ll practice the kriya for Becoming Crystal Clear\, creating the space to release mental and energetic clutter. We’ll close our practice with a restorative sound bath with crystal bowls\, gong and chimes\, allowing the vibrations to integrate the practice and to regulate the nervous system. \n. \nCallie Maggiori is a ceremonial leader\, Kundalini yoga teacher and sound therapist. She blends these multiple modalities to craft unique experiences for people. She is deeply devoted to cultivating high vibrational spaces of healing\, activation and transformation. \n. \nEmily Hooten is a passionate Sound Healing Practitioner\, certified Reiki Practitioner\, and dedicated nurse at the University of Oregon. She has a deep passion for all things health\, wellness\, and high vibrational. She has been providing sound bath therapy in the community for many years and utilizes crystal singing bowls to promote relaxation\, realignment\, and harmony.
