There is no event at the studio.*\n.\nThis workshop is a deeply healing exploration of the self. Through creative self-expression and accessible yet powerful yogic practices\, we will gently explore and move through emotions that may feel difficult or stuck. We will begin with a stream-of-consciousness art practice\, allowing emotions to emerge freely without judgment. From there\, we’ll transition into a healing yoga practice designed to cultivate greater awareness\, release\, clarity\, and a renewed sense of perspective.\n.\n\nJordan Lindstrom-Demant loves Yoga for its mental\, emotional\, physical healing power and powerful effective practices. In 2013 she undertook an immersive month of Kundalini teacher training in Espanola\, New Mexico\, and has currently completed 500 hours of Kundalini yoga training and been accepted into the Aquarian Teacher Academy. Jordan has participated in numerous other teacher trainings\, studying Yin yoga\, Meditation and Pranayama\, Clarity Breathwork\, Clearlight Healing\, Sacred Art and Yoga therapy.
