I have been sharing yoga and yogic principles for decades and have discovered
that this incredible discipline is more than just about keeping fit. I find that when
seeds are planted for calm and when the internal body is strengthened through
conscious breathing, then those seeds take root when we are off our mats, under the least expected circumstances. There is no ‘yoga perfect’ only ‘yoga practice’,so the path is the same for us all when we take to our mats together.
I am also an Ayurvedic practitioner and licensed massage therapist--the health of the human body, mind and spirit has been a passion of mine since I can remember. And I’ve honed my skills as a teacher, working for years in the field of education with
