Zen Yoga, Yoga for Brain Health
Originally from Northern Utah, Julie’s been a Eugene resident since 2001. She has served in a variety of health care settings over the past 20 years, including surgery, massage therapy, birth assistant, and hospice volunteer. She completed her Zen Yoga and Meditation & Mindfulness teacher training through Blue Cliff Zen Center. It is her deep joy to lead practices which cultivate well-being and resiliency to help us meet the challenges and transitions of life. Julie is delighted to be part of the staff at Everyday People Yoga.
