Brief info

I have been practicing all types of yoga on and off for 20 years. The past 11 years I have had a strong vinyasa flow practice with additional training in barre, restorative, prenatal, kundalini, and meditation and hold ERYT500 certification with Yoga Alliance.

Drawing on my lifelong love of music and dance, I incorporate music and sound as healing tools to access the subtle emotional body. I live my yoga and wish that I might stay open to what comes up in every moment. I see every class as an opportunity to connect with others, to open the heart and mind.
