Wherever we are in life, yoga offers us a path not only to improved flexibility and strength, but also to smoother functioning and rejuvenation of all our bodily systems, as well as to greater mental, energetic and spiritual health. Whether we realize it or not, we bring our whole body/mind/spirit/experience to the mat, and our practice affects every aspect of our life. As a teacher it is my goal to help each student, whatever the current circumstances of their body and their life, to develop greater physical and emotional ease, fluidity and joy.
