Angela Davis (E-RYT, YACEP) started practicing yoga in college and knew from her first class that the mind-body-spirit approach resonated deeply with her. After experiencing the benefits that come with the shift into a yogic lifestyle, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from Everyday People Yoga in Eugene, OR. She has since received a second 200-hr certification in Kundalini Yoga from the Samadhi Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India, as well as teaching certification in Yin Yoga with Evolation Yoga in Santa Barbara, CA, and additional certificates in Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Nourish & Restore, Tantra Yoga, Chakra Energy, and Navaritri Kundalini Sadhana. She offers classes and workshops that are focused on helping you find your beautifully balanced, radiant wellness. Angela teaches Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga, Essential Vinyasa, and Vin/Yin Yoga.
