Angela Davis (RYT-200) started practicing yoga in college in the 1980s because the mind-body-spirit approach resonated deeply within her. In 2019, after experiencing the benefits of a daily yoga asana practice and the radiant wellness that comes with the shift into a yogic lifestyle, she received her 200-hr yoga teacher certification from Everyday People Yoga in Eugene, OR. In 2020 she received additional teaching certification in Yin Yoga through Evolation Yoga in Santa Barbara, CA and Kundalini Yoga through Samadhi Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India. She is inspired by the Hatha and Kundalini yoga traditions and offers classes and workshops that are strengthening, lengthening, and focused on helping you find your beautifully balanced, radiant wellness for life.
