This workshop is for the experienced vinyasa flow practitioner who is interested in deepening their posture practice as well as their understanding of the philosophical and spiritual teachings of this ancient wisdom.
In the first hour and a half of this three hour session, Yogi’s will be guided through the traditional Ashtanga Yoga vinyasa sequence known as the ‘Primary Series’. Be prepared to build heat, flow vigorously and to explore demanding postures while finding balance through your intentional gaze, breath and alignment.
You will then be welcomed into a long open-ended savasana and general break, before being guided through an introductory lecture into the other seven limbs of this eight limbed system known as Ashtanga Yoga.
