4-Week Series: Beginner Yoga

An introduction to yoga poses, alignment, breathwork and relaxation techniques. A common misconception is that you need to be flexible to do yoga, but you don’t. You just need to be open to trying it. Flexibility may come as a result of practicing yoga regularly but it isn’t a requirement to start. Over the 4 weeks our focus will be on listening to the body and moving safely with options to modify poses to make them accessible to anyone interested in starting a yoga practice.
This series will be led by Louise Hutson, RYT.
$85 for the series ($75 if registered by Sept. 15th)
