Yoga has been my personal foundation throughout the past five years of my life. It has taught me to be an observer of my own mind, body, and breath. As a teacher, I hope to guide students through movements that challenge us to focus our attention on the present moment. The physical practice of yoga teaches us to be content with the ever changing nature of our bodies and life itself. I hope that my teachings allow students to find their own personal path to a deeper understanding of yoga on and off the mat.
