Moving into Nidra, Gentle, Yin
Before we meet on the mat, please know this: yoga and meditation have saved my life. So, however it moves you, I honor that. I know of the fun, comfort and bliss that can be felt during or after the practice. I also know that some days the reflection we get from our mat feels unbearably harsh. Yoga moves us because we are dynamic, ever-evolving beings, and stagnancy (which this often hectic life drops in our lap) is not our friend. These practices sweep up the cobwebs that we accumulate. My offerings feature elements of Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Gentle, Yin, Hatha Flow and Kundalini. I have taught for 10 years and trained consistently because of a true love for the depth of the science of yoga. I look forward to holding space for you.
