Yoga is a beautiful way to tend to ourselves and to find a deeper connection with our bodies and our breath. It is so easy to get lost in all of the stimulation our society has to offer, sometimes we forget to take the time to nurture ourselves. In my classes we will explore connecting our breath with our movements and practice techniques to help restore and relax both the body and mind. I am grateful to be able to share this practice with you as we work towards finding more patience, peace and compassion with ourselves. Namaste.
