Join us for a refreshing afternoon of sound healing and restorative yoga!
Jordan Lindstrom will lead you through a rejuvenating, restorative asana practice, coupled with guided meditation and relaxation. Joining her is shamanic musician, Kate Ryan, who will conduct an auditory journey with a powerful sound-bath of singing bowls, drum, rattle & more. Singing from the heart with loving care, each sound-bath is it’s own unique experience, as Jordan and Kate facilitate a safe container for us to find deep self reflection & inspiration from the cosmic seat of our own soul.
